Management Priority 

Heli comprehensively accelerates the construction of its distinctive ESG management and practice system, establishing a three-tier ESG management structure consisting of the "Board Strategic Committee - ESG Management Committee - ESG Management Executive Group". It also sets up an ESG Management Office to promote and implement ESG management work.

Heli continuously improves its corporate governance system, refining its risk prevention framework, enhancing its internal control system, increasing transparency in business ethics management, and strengthening information privacy protection, driving the company's sustainable, stable, and healthy development through high-efficiency governance.

In 2023, Heli invested over 800 million yuan in innovation and R&D, obtained 463 patent authorizations including 66 invention patents, and led or participated in the formulation of 11 national standards.

As a national-level green factory, Heli accelerates the creation of a green and low-carbon supply chain, industrial chain, and value chain, successfully being selected as a first-batch "Pacesetter" enterprise in China's industrial carbon peaking initiative. In 2023, Heli's electric vehicles accounted for 57.17% of production, and it took the lead in the industry in achieving breakthroughs in hydrogen fuel forklift research and demonstration applications.
